Reporting to the London Corporate Sales Manager, you'll be the administrative backbone of our event process, coordinating logistics, handling details, and liaising with operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Your main focus will be behind-the-scenes coordination of high-value corporate events, such as branded experiences, conferences, and large social gatherings—always with an eye toward delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Role Scope & Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive run sheets for each event, ensuring all event elements, timings, and requirements are clearly outlined.
Support and facilitate run sheet meetings with the operations team, Corporate Sales Manager, and any relevant stakeholders to ensure all departments are aligned.
Serve as the primary point of contact for guests leading up to the event, providing them with timely updates and addressing any logistical or operational questions.
Coordinate with the operations team to communicate specific guest needs and event expectations, acting as the bridge between guests and venue team.
Act as a central communication hub, consistently sharing updates between guests, the Corporate Sales Manager, and the operations team to ensure everyone is informed and prepared.
Provide support on event days to ensure setup aligns with the run sheet and guest expectations.
Coordinate with the operations and sales teams for post-event evaluations, collecting feedback to continuously enhance event planning and guest satisfaction.
Support in managing payments and invoicing Ensure in-venue marketing collateral is up to date, with signage, promotional materials, and displays that showcase current offers and reflect brand standards.
