The Role: Europe Electricity Junior Quantitative Analyst
Contract Length: until 23/06/2025
The Team: the European electricity team develops unique insight on the evolution of electricity markets across the region and thus sits at the core of the decarbonization and energy transition agenda, locally and globally.

The Impact: the role sits at the core of the power market research team and will help drive quantitative research about the future evolution of the power and renewable sector to a wide client base from across the energy value chain.

Responsibilities: Contribute to and be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of a range of reports and analysis including long-term capacity and generation, wholesale price, and capacity market prices outlooks.
Work with other members of the European power team to develop long-term outlooks for capital investments in the European power sector.
Contribute to and be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of a range of reports and analysis that underpin our retainer products, our multiclient studies, and consulting assignments.
What We're Looking For: You have:
A deep understanding of power system economics and of European power market design and structure.
Exposure to energy consulting or operational experience in a European power market or in the industry is desirable.
Knowledge of several European languages is a plus.
You are:
Able to transform model results into clear, meaningful insight.
Able to write reports outlining clearly and concisely your research and comfortable with client presentations.
