Job Description Our client, a global iconic technology brand company, is recruiting for aEU Marketing Influence Strategy Lead to join their business in the United Kingdom.Responsibilities:Developing and deploying a data-driven European influencer and advocacy strategy that delivers brand and business results.Building robust frameworks, playbooks, capabilities and processes that enable all local teams to effectively and efficiently identify, verify, execute and measure influencer initiatives across Europe.Managing and evolving our top-tier influencer and advocacy relationships and ways of working.Guiding on talent negotiations, contracting and regulatory compliance, ensuring a methodical and consistent structure across markets.Managing online and social media communities in cooperation with the local teams, agency partners and priority platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube).Partnering with the broader marketing and sales teams to build understanding and adoption of influencer best-practice and provide strategic counsel on the key opportunities to explore.Adopting a clear methodology to measure performance and ROI of all influencer campaigns to enable clarity on what success looks like, identify regional best practices and build a repeatable and consistent model across all activities.Working with the media team to ensure the flawless integration of paid and organic, ensuring the central processes are always adhered to.Briefing and working with agencies as needed to execute – with clarity on the R&R between in- house team and agencies.Coordinating with internal teams to ensure all processes are adhered to, including marketing budget application and management.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing or other equivalent.A specialist in social media and influencer marketing, with a minimum of eight-years' experience at a Global agency and/or in-house.
The ideal candidate will have a background in technology, FMCG or lifestyle, and of working for global brands in B2C or B2B2C.Strategic expertise: A deep understanding of influencer strategies and proven experience of developing and deploying pan-market activations across multiple platforms to deliver brand and business results.Strong interpersonal skills: A track record of collaborating and influencing stakeholders across an organization, to express complex ideas clearly, and to achieve consensus.Content development: Experience producing clever, low-cost, quick turnaround content, as well as big brand activations and long-term creative platforms.A sense of ownership and a strong business mindset, focused on what is needed to drive impact and commercial results.Excellent time management and communication skills, both written and verbal.Self-motivated and able to tackle challenging situations with grace.Able to learn and adapt quickly.Fluent in English – knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
