Description EstimatorYork Office Sector: Building/Refurbishment£40k - £50k + Car Allowance + Package (Depending on Level and Experience) Following a great meeting with my Client, an established regional contractor who specialise in new build and refurbishment projects up to £5m, it has been identified that with the amount of tender flow currently and with their plans for growth, that a role for an estimator has arisen.Working within the commercial team your estimator duties will include the following: •Preparation and negotiation of tenders submission•Measuring and Quantity Take-Off from drawings•Producing Bills of Quantities• Utilising Conquest Software•Sourcing pre-project information•Analysing sub-contractor quotations and checking inclusions and exclusions•Produce Tender report•Ensure tender is delivered to the appropriate place on time•Attend pre and post tender interviews, client meetingsIn return you will be working with an experienced team who operate in a very positive working environment with a great atmosphere & for the lesser experienced, support and training will come as part of the package.For full details of the role please click the link to apply or contact me on 07974 157 401 or forward your CV in confidence to
