Estimator - Dry Lining / Fire Protection Manchester £50,000 to £60,000 + package Are you an Estimator looking for a fresh challenge?

TS Recruitment are actively working with a specialist dry lining and fire protection company based near Manchester who are looking to recruit an Estimator to join the business.
Benefits -   Basic salary circa £50-60,000 per annum -   Car allowance, and expenses -   23 days holiday plus bank holidays -   Pension after qualifying period 3% employer contribution Job Role & Responsibilities: -   Work closely with Directors to price and submit enquiries.
-   Carry out Estimates and submit tenders for commercialprojects such as hospitals and schools -   Attend client meetings to build relationships.
-   Complete tenders on projects up to the value of £2 million.
-   Liaise with clients regarding variations and value engineering to help secure work.
-   Attend prestart meetings and handover over to the operational team.
