Your new role You will lead on the management of projects up to £1m in value relating to building alterations and refurbishments across a diverse and specialist estate.
You will lead on the implementation and planning of projects, defining project scopes and goals, ensuring that they are agreed by all stakeholders.
As a Project Manager, you will coordinate a range of both internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and other specialist teams within the university.
What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in this position, you will need to have extensive experience in the management of delivery of a wide range of construction projects.
You will need to understand the legal aspects of NEC and JCT contracts, and be able to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills.
