Salary - £24960 per annum We are currently looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our Truly Talented team.

What we offer £24,960 per annum Full-time contract (40hrs per week) Service Charge/Tips Your role You will work closely with the food and beverage leadership team in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the Hotel and the satisfaction of guests.
Responsibilities of Food and Beverage Supervisor will include but are not limited to: You will be expected to deputise for the Food & Beverage Manager in their absence.
You will be required to play a vital role in leading and developing the team; Supervising, encouraging and developing the food and beverage team; To ensure all service standards are maintained throughout the breakfast operation; Ensuring that all tables are set and ready for welcoming guests at all times; Ensuring that all guests' orders are taken and executed in a timely manner; Having good knowledge of the food and beverage menu; Responding to guests' queries on the menu selection; Communicating any guests' questions on the menu, the length of wait and product availability with the Food & Beverage and Kitchen teams, as well as any additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the teams accordingly.

The core skills and experience required to succeed Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry; Previous supervisory experience in a busy environment is preferred; Excellent personal presentation; Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures; Ability to function independently with a minimum of supervision; Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate verbally and in writing ; To be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach.
You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role.
