Alongside staff management which will involve staff training, coaching and performance reviews,  you will be generating new Estate Agency business, carrying out valuations and instructing properties to market and driving the business forward.  This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join this leading and highly respected Estate Agent who have been established in the area for many years.
