A fantastic opportunity for a multi skilled engineering manager has arisen to work for a food manufacturing organization local to Northampton Salary - £60,000 Shifts Days (Monday to Friday) Location Commutable from the Northampton (Multi skilled engineering manager) Routine preventative maintenance, standard maintenance, PPM maintenance and reactive maintenance read and manage the engineering team, providing direction, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upgrade of all manufacturing equipment and facilities.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimise downtime and ensure efficient production.
