Engineering Manager - Derby (1 day p/w) - up to £100k Our client, an industry leading SaaS platform provider, is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead multiple teams.
The successful candidate will foster an ambitious and engaging culture, ensuring the application of good technical practices, and supporting continuous improvement through effective project prioritization.
Responsibilities: Manage engineering teams, ensuring effective delivery, collaboration, and alignment with business priorities while fostering a high-performing, engaged team culture.
Work with technical, product, and design leads to apply best practices, address issues, and support continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the Product Manager on project prioritization, planning, and removing impediments to ensure timely delivery.
Promote individual growth through regular 1:1s, performance management, career development plans, and training opportunities.
Support hiring, team growth, and adherence to best practices in engineering leadership, documentation, and cross-team processes.
Tech Stack (role is fully hands-off but exposure to the following is beneficial): C# SQL AWS JavaScript In return, you will receive a competitive salary of between £85k-£100k based on experience and suitability, as well as a generous benefits package, and up to 4 days work from home .
