We're looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join our FM team based on multiple sites across Oldham.
Location: Oldham - On site - Multi site
Hours : 40 hours per week.
Monday to Friday.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you'll be working within the facilities team, supporting them in planned and reactive maintenance across the site.
Your day to day will include:
PPM and Reactive Maintenance Tasks across a School site Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric Liaison with Clients and Sub-Contractors as required General repairs and maintenance What are we looking for?
This role of Multi Skilled Engineer is great for you if:
You have experience working on a Maintenance contract.
You have an extensive trades background – maintenance, installations and repairs
You have either a Mechanical or Electrical bias
You have a full, clean driving license.
