Safety Management Advisory Services is a specialist SHEQ compliance company working with many of the leading UK construction businesses.
As a registered member of the Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) Forum we offer two nationally recognised H&S, Environmental, Quality compliance schemes.
We are a member of the Citation Group, a private equity owned Group that leverages exceptional people and technology to support the SME marketplace with Compliance and Quality led products.

As a Client Relationship Manager you will be responsible for managing and maximising our client's ability to achieve the highest supply-chain compliance rates possible, playing a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth from Client accounts and managing and developing strategic relationships.
The key to success is to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to campaign Client supply-chain data; working closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify target data, analyse supplier behaviour and preferences and develop positioning strategies.

You will also oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with the Clients compliance goals and meets the requirements of their own mandate for certification.
Oversee Client Sales, Client Account Development, Client Direct Marketing, and Compliance Management, while directly managing and supporting the Client Account Manager to ensure successful delivery of these objectives.
by implementing effective outreach strategies to their supply chain with compelling and actionable messaging, driving engagement in attaining and maintaining SSIP certification.
Maximising the effectiveness of marketing and advertising investments that support Client compliance
Maximise the effectiveness of the distribution of Client marketing materials and other support / resources for Client sites.
Create a standardised outreach for current and future clients and coordinating its implementation across sales channels, client management, and marketing and communications
Ensure successful Integration between sales and marketing, as well as any other process that maximises the returns on Client relationships.
Ensure the Improvement of client data into successful deals (data-to-deal conversion rate), ensuring this key deliverable is prioritised and achieved.
Client Relationship Management
Strong leadership and client management skills, to support internal and external objectives.
Experience in managing direct marketing and client outreach strategies that align with client goals.

Compliance Management
Ability to collaborate with compliance teams and oversee the implementation of effective strategies within client supply chains.

Marketing and Communication Strategy
Proven ability to maximise the impact of marketing and advertising investments to support client compliance goals.
Ability to standardise outreach efforts and coordinate marketing across channels to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

Strong leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, client management, and communications teams.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Proficient in using data and analytics to monitor and refine strategies across the client revenue cycle.
Experience in using data insights to enhance client engagement and improve client retention strategies.
