Employment Solicitor - Remote This is an exciting new opportunity for an Associate with 3 years'+ PQE to join this leading international firm.
You will be part of a newly formed team working for one of the UK's most iconic aviation brands. The role will provide the opportunity to work with the client as a core part of its legal function. Whilst this will be a dedicated team, you will work alongside the UK employment department and benefit from all of their team training.
Responsibilities: Overseeing volume litigation predominantly consisting of unfair dismissal and discrimination claims. Taking full ownership for key requirements and transactions for the client. Leading more junior team members and demonstrating best practice in effectively managing litigation. Due to the single client focus, and the nature of the team, the role offers greater flexibility of working hours. It will be based remotely with occasional travel required to the office.
