The ideal candidate will have a good background in both contentious and non-contentious, respondent and claimant employment matters. The work will include drafting employment contracts, employment tribunals, dismissals etc alongside restricted covenant, breach of confidence and high court advocacy and more. Providing a good range of responsibilities at the leading end of employment law.
This role is ideal for individuals who are currently working in a strong employment team and are seeking a more transparent route to equity partnership and increased autonomy. Due to the dynamic set-up of this team, the successful candidate will be able to get a firm hold of their career development and direction, without taking a step back in terms of work and client quality.
