The role itself is supporting the Head of Employment The ideal Candidate will have at least 2 years' Senior PA experience (supporting Partner level) and are able to work in a fast paced environment.
Based in the City12 Month FTCPaying up to £50kHybrid - 2 days working from homeBenefits includes private medical Insurance, generous leave policies and flexible working to name a few Duties include Proactively manage the Partner's diary and emailsEffective gatekeeping, forward planning and schedulingPreparation of paperwork, materials, presentations and reports for meetingsArrange events and hospitality initiativesArranging Lunches, dinners and meetingsCreating and amending powerpoint slides and brochure amendsCommunicate with Clients and act as an ambassador for the firm/PartnerArranging complex travel and working with the firm's travel agent to suggest suitable alternatives, when neededAct as a key contact for all BD initiatives Candidate requirements Previous Senior Legal PA experience, gained within a Law firmExperience of supporting Partner levelHigh attention to detailDemonstrates initiative and strong Client focus
