Visit our website to find out more about who we are and what we do: Who we are looking for:In this new role, we are looking for a proactive, solutions focused Employee Relations Manager who has the drive and commitment to work hard for the benefit of autistic people, their families and supporters.This is a great role to work with a newly formed team driving forward plans and solutions to improve the employee experience.
Hard work and resilience are required but the rewards will be inspiring.
This role will be our go to for ER and ER Change resolution so exceptional understanding of ER policy, practice and the application of employment law is required.
You will develop the confidence and capability of line managers and mentor HR colleagues to develop experience and expertise.
You will ensure ER matters are resolved quickly and effectively within the frameworks available.Working closely with our HRBP's you will use information about ER in the organisation to influence improvements in people policy and practice.
You should have experience of working at pace, managing diverse and complex ER and ER Change.
