Employee Benefits Consultant Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are excited to announce that we are partnered with an established Employee Benefits & Pensions Consultancy that has gone through a lot of positive change recently and are keen to continue this growth heading into 2025.
Role & Responsibilities: Manage and retain a book of corporate clients across either Healthcare/Group Risk Consult with clients, outside of the renewal cycle, on their business, people and benefits challenges Develop strong relationships with clients to identify potential opportunities to grow your accounts Essential Criteria: Prior experience in managing and consulting clients on either Healthcare/Group Risk benefits Ability to retain clients effectively and comfortable with a retention target Experience working in a consultancy This role can be remote-based, with the expectation of attending a London office twice a month.
