You will have experience in a customer facing role and have worked remotely previously.
You have a good general standard of education, a can do attitude to ensure the best support for our service users in their time of need!
THE ROLE The heart of the Emergency Outbound Call Handler role is to follow up an emergency call, to check in on our service users and ensuring the correct help is in place, providing reassurance and support.
You will also be providing welfare check ins alongside ensuring that equipment is working correctly via test calls.
