Job Description Our client, a global and innovative social media company, is recruiting for an EMEA Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Data)to join their project in the UKOur mission is to build and nurture a diverse engineering team that embodies the best talent from around the globe.

We are looking for talented individuals to join the Data Talent Acquisition team for a 6 month contract position based in London.Responsibilities:Manage sourcing for multiple complex searches to identify and engage key technical talents at all levels.Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team (Talent Acquisition Partners and other Sourcers) and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure the business's needs and goals are met.Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business and manage stakeholder relationships, including HRBP, hiring managers, and external partners.Conduct complex data analysis and provide up-to-date, accurate, and value-added market intelligence to business leaders to support business growth.Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote the Client as an excellent place to work for all candidates.Qualifications:2+ years of sourcing experience in recruitment agencies and internet companies.Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (ie.
LinkedIn) to identify & engage passive candidates within the internet industry talent space and output target company's mapping list.Experience partnering with recruiters, hiring teams and external partners across different locations.Ability to contribute efficiently with strong data sense in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.Great verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and strong organizational skills (attention to detail).Preferred skills/qualifications:Experience working in a recruitment agency on technical roles with a track record of successKnowledge and exposure to sourcing internationally, particularly it would be beneficial to have experience in the following regions: Norway, UAE, Ireland, Germany and South East Asia.Time spent working on roles for top internet firms, finding and helping to hire the best talent in the market.
