Role: EMEA Payroll Analyst Location: Remote UK Our client is a global leader in providing development and manufacturing solutions for the pharmaceutical, biotech, and specialty chemical markets.

Responsibilities: The EMEA Payroll Specialist will manage and oversee payroll processes, ensuring the accurate payment of salaries to employees in Belgium while also supporting sites across the EMEA region.
This role includes involvement in various payroll projects.
Key Responsibilities: Manage payroll for employees in Belgium and across the EMEA region, maintaining relationships with third-party providers as needed.
Perform payroll-related functions in compliance with country-specific and local laws, including processing new hires, terminations, compensation and benefits, overtime, deductions, and attachment orders.
Contribute to project-related activities as required.
Process legislative updates such as indexation, CAO90, meal vouchers, and purchasing power bonuses.
Gather payroll and benefit information from various sources and provide monthly payroll instructions to payroll providers in line with the established calendar.
Review and verify payroll data, performing audits and controls as scheduled.
Maintain and manage the Time & Attendance system.
Monitor compliance updates to ensure adherence to legal requirements at country and local levels.
Coordinate with Finance to issue payroll-related payments (e.g., salaries, taxes, social security, pension contributions).
Communicate with employees across all levels regarding payroll matters, addressing issues through the query management system within agreed SLAs.
Support internal, external, and statutory audits as required.
Assist with ad hoc projects and perform other duties as needed.
Develop and update payroll procedure documents, streamlining and automating processes where possible.
Requirements: Experience of managing Belgian payroll process Experience with Time & Attendance systems (Pro-time knowledge) Microsoft proficient in excel, word & Outlook Native or fluent Flemish, Dutch or French Medical Education (MedEd) activities are a cornerstone for continued professional development among healthcare professionals (HCPs).
