Role Description: We are seeking to recruit enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to be part of our Electrical Installations Building Services team, to teach and assess across a range of programmes.  You will plan, deliver and assess identified vocational programmes and support developments within the area.  You will be a highly self-motivated, energetic and driven individual, encompassing a strong sense of autonomy.  You will possess strong presentation and communication skills and be able to demonstrate achievement of targets.
Key Responsibilities: Teaching & Assessment: Design and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of learners, ensuring all students receive a comprehensive education in Electrical Installations Practical Instruction: Liaise with learners and industry partners to plan and execute practical learning days, ensuring safety and educational value.
Student Support: Monitor and assess learner progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
Continuous Improvement: Engage in professional development to stay current with industry standards and educational best practices.
Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations and safeguarding requirements, promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Enrichment Activities: Participate in the college's enrichment programs and support the planning of educational trips and visits.
Qualifications & Experience Trainer/Assessor qualifications – preferred Level 2 or 3 qualification in relevant subject Experience in delivering high-quality learning experiences and managing a diverse range of learners.
Personal Qualities Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all learners.
Flexible, professional, and positive approach to work.
