Key Responsibilities: Account Management: Act as the main point of contact for education clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their unique technology requirements are met.
Consultative Selling: Understand the specific challenges faced by educational institutions and recommend Cisco-based solutions to address these needs.
Client Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Cisco products and services, ensuring optimal value for clients while achieving revenue targets.
Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress and reporting to leadership on key metrics.
Technology Expertise: Stay updated on Cisco's product offerings, particularly those relevant to the education sector, to effectively communicate their value.
Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to design and implement tailored solutions for clients.
Training and Advocacy: Educate clients on Cisco technologies, delivering presentations, training sessions, and resources to ensure successful adoption.

Qualifications: Proven track record in account management, sales, or business development, ideally within the education or technology sectors.
Strong knowledge of Cisco products and solutions, with experience working for or with a Cisco partner being a significant advantage.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage a portfolio of accounts effectively.
Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities in the education sector, particularly in relation to digital transformation.
