This position will be responsible for research, coordinating promotional campaigns and preparing reports and assembling content program materials.
The editorial associate will also manage wrap reports, audience targeting and data reporting.
The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment, with excellent cross-functional and communication skills.Key Responsibilities: Tracking daily assignments, deliverables, deadlinesCopy writing for promotional campaignsSupporting the development of partnerships with editorial partners and creators Research and preparation for interviews and content featuresAssembling and building CRM campaignsManaging audience segmentation and targetingContributing to and maintaining ongoing editorial calendar updates Managing design and data requestsOverall support for the Consumer Programming TeamManage timelines for all featuresLiaising with social and marketing counterpartsCompiling campaign wrap reports for partners and internal stakeholdersTrack data and performance of content campaignsBe able to work under pressure and meet deadlinesHave excellent communication skillsDemonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion in musicTimely event coverage and recaps (i.e.
events/award shows or timely events) Background & Experience: Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)1 year of experience in the music industry, editorial, media or techExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
