Job Description Our client, a global and innovative social media company, is recruiting for an eCommerce Vendor Acquisition Specialist (Beauty and Fashion) to join their business in the UK.Purpose of Role:In this role, you will be responsible for the full lead to onboard process, from prospecting, qualifying, negotiating and closing agreements with SMBs across eShops Fashion & Beauty Category.The ideal candidate will possess superior communication, organizational and presentationskills.
Operating in a fast-moving environment you will work autonomously, taking full responsibility and ownership for hitting business OKRs.
The Vendor Acquisition role allows open exposure and learning of the Bytedance methodologies, where you will be able to develop original ideas, approaches and solutions in a competitive environment.
Key success will be measured by your client acquisition and onboarding, education to new sellers on how to launch and grow their eShop, and ultimately revenue your sellers bringto the platform.Responsibilities:Primary responsibility for acquiring and onboarding new sellers to the eShop platform across various categories and channels.Secondary responsibility is to educate prospects and new sellers of eShop growth strategies and tools to support the new seller Shop launch and help enhance their sales.Proactively learning the eShop resources to be able to articulate its benefits to external sellers.Conduct mass vendor acquisition through a high volume of outreach via outbound cold calls, direct and hyper-personalized emails, instant messaging and other channelsPitching cadence with the responsibility to overcome prospect objections and onboarding blockersReview and monitor essential performance targets & KPIs in order to grow the individual acquisition pipeline; self-sufficient management of the end-to-end leads to an onboard process.Minimum requirements:Working experience in SDR (Sales Development Representative), Inside Sales, BDM, Vendor Acquisition, Mass Account Manager.Good knowledge of MS portfolio, experience with a CRM, lead managementBachelor's degree requiredPreferred skills/qualifications:Experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantagePrior experience influencing C-level executives highly desirableAdditional European language is a plus
