We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager who is passionate about all things digital and delivering a first-class online customer journey.
With a strong trading mentality, you will be passionate about driving online sales by maximising traffic and conversion opportunities.
This is a pivotal role within the business, working across both our brands (Room To Grow & The Children's Furniture Company) focused on delivering sales targets across all online channels leveraging the KPIs: web visits, conversion rate and AOV, whilst ensuring we live our brand values online.
It will be a fast-paced environment requires tons of ideas, creativity and the ability to execute them well!
What You'll Be Doing: · Optimise performance of direct acquisition marketing channels, across the full channel sphere of Paid Search, SEO, Email, Affiliates, Social Media, Partnerships & Referral Programmes.
· Proactively maximise all-channel CPA and ROI.
· Plan, create and distribute digital content across all customer touch points, in line with the trading plan and the needs of the business.
· Continuous analysis and improvement of the website platform/journey/experience and optimise the customer interface at all points to maximize conversion of website traffic.
· Ensuring that our website reflects brand values and enhances the customer experience.
· Executing the online trading calendar in line with business objectives.
· Launch NPD & new categories onsite to maximise impact and sales.
· Compiling accurate daily, weekly and seasonal reports on trading and KPI performance, identifying trends and opportunities.
· Work alongside the other parts of the business to ensure the products / ranges are effectively visually merchandised onsite in line with business priorities.
· Continuously measure and evaluate marketing performance using Google Analytics and Social media Analytics tools.
· Provide creative support, analytical support and editorial support across the business where required.
· Become the ecommerce subject matter expert, staying up to date with the latest external developments
What you'll need: · At least 5 years of experience as an eCommerce Trading Manager in a retailer or consumer facing brand, including responsibility and success in achieving sales targets, conversion metrics and budgets.
· In depth experience working with an eCommerce platform & eCommerce Software (such as Klaviyo), experience with Big Commerce is preferred but not essential
· Strong hands-on experience of Google PPC activity (a Google qualification is an advantage) and excellent understanding of technical & content SEO requirements.
· Experience working within a consumer brand environment.
· Analytical approach with excellent excel skills.
· Passionate about driving sales through E-commerce and trading.
· Data-driven approach to decision making and proposed action.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with both internal and external stakeholders.
· Whilst we are not looking for a designer you will have the ability to use design tools such as Canva to develop digital creative content
· Be an approachable individual with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
· Experience of a small / fast growing business and Is prepared to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in!
The role is remote based and flexible working arrangements (including part-time) will be considered for the right candidate.
Salary for the position is between £35k - £40k per annum.
However, this may be some flexibility for an exceptional candidate.
