You'll be responsible for driving and enhancing the online customer journey by optimizing digital touchpoints across e-commerce, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience.
The role involves leveraging analytics, customer insights, and market trends to maximize online sales, improve conversion rates, and support the execution of strategic marketing campaigns.
Key responsibilities: Optimise e-commerce platform to achieve sales and conversion targets.
Update and manage digital product categories, pages, and promotions.
Enhance customer journey through navigation and usability improvements.
Collaborate with marketing to execute seamless digital campaigns.
Analyse website analytics to identify growth opportunities.
Conduct A/B testing and implement personalized shopping experiences.
Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
Align promotional activities with stock and inventory levels.
Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies for insights.
Ensure mobile and omnichannel optimization for seamless shopping.
Creating and contributing to online website and digital content.
Experience and skills required: Minimum of 1-2 years experience in an e-commerce position.
Strong time management skills with a proven ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
