The UK Trading team fuels UK growth by optimising online product sales on Next.co.uk across Womenswear, Menswear, Childrenswear and Home.
They drive exciting product launches and strategic promotions to maximise sales and brand visibility.
The roleAs the eCommerce Business Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving UK sales for search.
You will be the commercial owner of search & navigation, setting the direction for optimising performance and driving forward the experience for our customers.
You will lead new initiatives and ideas and ultimately improve conversion and funnel metrics across the site.
What else is involved?
You will collaborate and bring together key stakeholders across the team, leading and setting commercial priorities in workload.
You will own trading across search, navigation, sort orders, attribution & SEO and wil be the subject matter expert in these disciplines, coming up with strategies to drive them forward.
You will work with other trading functions in the eCommerce team such as International and Total Platform to ensure they are up to speed with developments and key trading strategy for search and nav.
You will analyse search and navigation performance metrics, user behaviour, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvements in the sales funnel.
Provide weekly sales performance and in-week insights to maximise sales potential.
You will utilise A/B testing and other data-driven approaches to refine and optimise the overall customer journey.
You will collaborate with key teams across eCommerce, ensuring all stakeholders are on the same page and have the same goals - setting the commercial priority where needed: SEO, Marketing, Data and so on.
You'll be doing all this from our Leicestershire Head Office.
