Job Title: Early Years Practitioner Location: North West England, Lancashire, Blackpool Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £12.95 - £14.00 Per hour Job Duties: Supervising and monitoring children in the early years setting Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities Supporting children's development and learning Ensuring a safe and secure environment Communicating effectively with parents and colleagues Maintaining accurate records and reports Required Qualifications: Level 3 Early Years Education qualification or equivalent Valid DBS check First Aid certification Education: Minimum Early Years Education or Child Care qualification - Level 3 preferable Experience: Previous experience working in an early years setting Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team Organisational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: Level 4 Early Years Education qualification Specialist training in areas such as safeguarding or SEN Working Conditions: This role involves working with children in an early years setting, which may require standing for long periods, bending, and lifting.
The practitioner may also work outdoors in various weather conditions.
