Salary: £60,000+ Hybrid: 3 days in/2 days from home Location: Liverpool St You will be acting as the key point of contact for all queries relating to the Senior Managing Partner and Head of Strategy!
The firm is rapidly expanding year on year and is now one of the largest law firms globally.
Key duties include:
Proactive managing a complex diary ( full email control)Regular global travel arrangementsNo billingActing as a gatekeeperprepare the MP and board level meetingsMinute taking for board meetingsCollate/format reportsAssist and organise global meetingsThe firm are looking for an Executive Assistant who has experience of supporting at board level or ideally a Managing Partner.
