Ea / Paralegal - Fully Remote

An incredible opportunity has arisen for a top level EA (ideally as a Private EA) with Paralegal experience (this is essential) to provide executive support to a delightful high net worth individual who is based in Dubai.
The position will be remote -  (70% personal support and 30% Paralegal) and will include:- booking flights, restaurants, co-ordinating with his driver and housekeeper, booking hotels, organising tennis lessons, sailing courses, general research as to what's on at the Opera (for example), other courses, getting his car serviced, opening bank accounts etc... On the Paralegal side, you MUST have experience working as a Paralegal to take on:- compliance, onboarding, extensive client checks, template contracts, NDA's etc... You need to be used to a high intense, fast paced environment, someone dynamic who is always three steps ahead.
He works in a high pressure role so needs someone on the ball, confident, bright, flexible and loyal.
The work you are doing is extremely confidential so discretion is paramount and somebody who is used to this type of position.
The client comes to the UK every second month but your role will be remote and you need to be flexible and on hand at short notice.
