Executive Assistant / Office ManagerWe have taken on an exciting new opportunity with a leading private equity firm.
Based out of stunning new offices in the City of London, the team of around 10 are motivated and connected by a shared values.
They have built an entrepreneurial and driven culture, and are able to boast a low turnover as a result.THE ROLE:This is a varied role, offering growth, variety, and challenges.
The focus of the role is split between EA and office management duties, with some facilities.
Day to day will include:EA support to three partnersComplex diary managementInternational travel management, including expensesOffice managementManagement of stock and suppliesLiaising with contractsAd hoc admin supportAssistance with event planning and managementFacilities management for building tenantsThe successful candidate will be an enthusiastic individual who is able to take initiative, with a drive to progress.
Being friendly, approachable, and collaborative will be key, as is having a muck in approach and eagerness to learn.
