Impact Culture is a small but dynamic team of consultants led by Chaka Bachmann and Sanisha Wynter , and we are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to support our leadership team and help coordinate our growing network of associates.
The Role: Executive Assistant and Business Coordinator This is a key role in ensuring the smooth running of Impact Culture's day-to-day operations.
You will support Chaka Bachmann and Sanisha Wynter , assisting them with diary management, project coordination, and overall administrative support.
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in managing communications with our associates and ensuring seamless coordination across projects and clients.
This role is hybrid, with flexibility to work remotely, but you will need to be available for regular in-person meetings and events in London or other locations as required.
This is a 6 months contract with possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities 1.
Executive Support for Chaka and Sanisha • Provide comprehensive diary management, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and setting up virtual or in-person events.
• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses and prioritisation of tasks.
• Assist with travel and accommodation bookings, ensuring budget-conscious and efficient arrangements.
• Help with project coordination, tracking key milestones and deliverables, and providing logistical support to Chaka and Sanisha.

Coordination of Associates • Act as a liaison between our associates and Impact Culture, ensuring smooth communication and project updates.
• Help onboard new associates and coordinate their involvement in various projects and training sessions.
• Manage calendars, availability, and logistics for all associate-led projects, ensuring effective utilisation of resources.
3.
Administrative and Project Support • Organise team meetings, events, and training workshops, including agenda setting, minute taking, and follow-up actions.
• Support Impact Culture's broader team on client projects, ensuring seamless project execution and reporting.
• Assist in developing presentations, proposals, and reports for internal and client-facing purposes.
• Contribute to internal process improvements, ensuring more efficient ways of working across the team.
You'll Thrive in This Role If You… • Have 2-5 years of EA experience or equivalent , ideally in a fast-paced, consultancy, or non-profit environment.
• Are proactive, organised, and have excellent attention to detail when managing multiple priorities.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and can work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
• Are comfortable working independently, managing your time efficiently, and taking initiative.
• Have experience working with a diverse range of people, with a passion for equity and inclusion.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office.
Nice to Haves Experience supporting a Founder or Executive in a start-up or growing consultancy environment.
Previous experience managing associates or freelancers across multiple projects.
Experience in using Asana Experience or interest in Canva/Social Media Additional languages like German, French, Spanish, Portuguese or Arabic would be an advantage.
This role will require more presence in London, sometimes at short notice.
