We are seeking a skilled Managed Service Consultant to join our client's (MS Partner) team, delivering top-tier support and innovation across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) and the Power Platform.

Role Overview: As a Managed Service Consultant, you will:
Work with Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform to support client solutions via a Managed Service Helpdesk.
Manage cases, including break/fix support, system enhancements, and user training.
Oversee and contribute to the configuration and customisation of client systems.
Engage in direct client interaction to understand needs, propose solutions, and deliver quality outcomes.
Skills & Experience Required: In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and customer-centric focus.
Excellent documentation, communication, and proactive task management.
Experience with Power BI and basic JavaScript/C# plugin development is beneficial.
A degree in Computing, IT, or relevant certifications preferred.
