Role: Dutch Speaking Associate Talent Acquisition Partner Type: Ongoing Temporary (minimum 6 months contract) Location: Hybrid - London or Brighton - 3 days office and 2 days home Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Pay rate: £16.07 per hour About the company: They are a globally recognised leader in financial services, with an amazing offices located in the heart of Central London and in Brighton.
Their dynamic and inclusive team is dedicated to excellence, and they are now seeking a talented Dutch Speaking Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to join their amazing recruitment team.
About the Role: As a Dutch Speaking Associate TA Partner, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes.
This includes sourcing, interviewing, and communicating to hiring managers.
You will play a critical role in ensuring they attract and retain top talent.
This is a hybrid role and depending on candidate's location, you will have to attend either Brighton or London's office 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full recruitment life-cycle - Source and screen candidates using various platforms and techniques - Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability - Liaise and communicate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process - Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports Who are you: - Fluency in Dutch (essential) + Any additional language skills are welcome - Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (any sector, agency or internal) - A confident, bubbly, and great communicator - A strong desire to learn and succeed - A hard-working team player with the right attitude - A commitment to making a career in recruitment What we offer: - Hybrid working model to support work-life balance - Opportunity to work in a prestigious company within financial services - Supportive and dynamic team environment - London's and Brighton's offices with excellent facilities If you are a motivated individual with a passion for recruitment and fluency in Dutch, we would love to hear from you.
