Domestic Gas Engineer - Dundee - Salary up to £46,791 DOE CBW are looking for an experienced Domestic Gas Engineer who is looking to break into the Commercial side and gain these qualifications!

This role is covering the Dundee, Aberdeen, Inverness & Perth region carrying out maintenance and repair, including fabric & basic electrical tasks of buildings as required under contract.
Key Responsibilities: Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports.
Reactive and planned commercial maintenance.
Carry out maintenance and repair, including fabric & basic electrical tasks of buildings as required under contract.
Ensure all statutory and mandatory tasks are completed within the required timescales.
Ensure all certification is correctly completed and remedial works clearly identified.
Carry out reactive and emergency tasks and expected to complete all tasks using handheld technology effectively.
Participate in an on a call out rota to provide clients with full out of hours cover and assist other team members when required or as directed from a Supervisor or Contract Manager.
To ensure all required paperwork is completed and submitted within timescales.
Monitor visiting sub-contractors with regards to standard of work and Health and Safety and issue appropriate Permits, controlling small works and escort duties as required.
Skills and qualifications: Domestic Gas certified – CCN1, CPA1, CENWAT as a minimum (to then be upskilled to commercial) Strong technical skills and extensive fault-finding experience Skilled in all aspects of domestic gas servicing and maintenance Customer-focussed with excellent communication skills Good problem-solving skills Ability to work on own initiative and within teams Full UK driving licence Requires Disclosure/Police checks Salary & Benefits: Basic Salary of up to £46,791 Monday to Friday 08.00 – 17.00 On Call 1 in 4 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays Company Vehicle + Fuel Card - Private Use available Travel paid after 30 minutes each way Full company uniform PDA and Mobile phone Pension Life Assurance Employee Shares Schemes Reward programme & Employee programme Employee discounts
