Sort residents laundry to ensure each resident receives back their own items of clothing Return all clean linen to linen cupboards and clothing to resident's rooms on a regular and timely basis, ensuring care staff have sufficient clean linen available to carry out their duties Label all company linen with the labels provided Maintain the laundry area by keeping the areas clean and tidy Carry out general household duties that promote the welfare of resident Ensure that residents are helped to retain their dignity and individuality About you: The right to live and work in the UK Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work in a team, a caring nature and a positive attitude An understanding of Health and Safety, Infection Control and COSHH Previous experience of working in a similar position is desirable but not essential We reserve the right to close this vacancy once we receive suitable applications, therefore, an early submission is encouraged.
