Are you detail-oriented and reliable?
Join CrossReach as a Domestic Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our residents and staff.
In this role, you will work closely with your team to ensure our building remains spotless and hygienic.
Reporting to the senior person on duty for guidance and collaborating with the Unit Manager when necessary, you will maintain high cleanliness standards.
Flexibility is important, as your duties may adjust based on the unit's needs.
You'll also encourage resident participation in maintaining their living spaces, provide cleaning supplies, and help supervise and train others.
Basic computer literacy and a warm, friendly demeanor are essential.
Respect for Christian worship is important.
