Job Description We are excited to be recruiting for a Discovery and Analysis Lead to join our Group functions team in either Hove Cardiff or London.
This role is crucial for driving process transformation across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include: Leading the Discovery and investigation process for projects and large-scale programmes across all L&G Portfolios Developing and expanding the Discovery and Analysis Team, collaborating with third-party partners to deliver value to stakeholders Formulating and implementing the Discovery & Analysis strategy, including branding, scaling, and toolkit development Collaborating closely with the Automation Portfolio Lead to identify and capitalise on automation opportunities during Discovery phases Coordinating the Discovery & Automation proposition to expand process transformation capabilities across L&G Group and beyond Maintaining governance and RAID processes to safeguard the end-to-end delivery lifecycle Managing and developing the team in accordance with Group policies and the Partnership Agreement to enhance business performance Ensuring all business and system changes adhere to best practices and the correct change process methodology Qualifications Who we're looking for: Extensive knowledge of Office software packages such as MS Office, Business Objects and MS Access Knowledge of Agile delivery methods Strong Programme delivery background, leading large/complex deliverables.
Extensive experience of end-to-end project delivery, Experience of working in a programme management role PRINCE2 Practitioner and/or APMP (or PQ) or PMI equivalent (Desirable but not essential) Agile Foundation Certification or relevant equivalent experience Senior leadership experience, in Projects/Programmes and Continuous Improvement Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
