The Cardiff Centre of Excellence's Executive Compensation Research Team is a small team of highly experienced researchers and data analysts, who collate, analyse and produce statistical reports and insights, focusing on the remuneration paid to the top executives in the UK's leading companies.
As a member of our team, you can expect to be involved in the following: Collecting and analysing board-level remuneration data for FTSE All-Share and FTSE AIM 100 companies, as well as selected non-UK companies.
Tracking the status of companies through the cycle of report publication through to AGM.
Research support to regional and NSE client teams.
Assisting in a detailed annual survey on remuneration for senior management roles in UK companies, followed by a report.
Circulating daily round-up of remuneration-related stories.

Tax Our comprehensive range of services encompasses everything from the completion of tax returns (corporation tax self-assessment) to complex consultancy assignments and strategic tax planning.
We advise on corporate and general tax, international M&A, stamp tax, cross-border transfer pricing, reorganisations and reconstructions, and competent authority negotiations.

We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships).
This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.)
with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm).
