Discharge Lounge Auxiliary

An opening for a self-motivated, caring and adaptable healthcare support worker is now available within our Discharge Lounge.The Discharge Lounge has been re-established within Raigmore and welcomes patients from all areas of the hospital who have reached the end of their inpatient care.
Our ideal candidate will have first-rate communication skills, and be passionate about patient care.You must be responsive to the demands of an ever changing environment, have exemplary organisational skills and be committed to achieving the safe and timely discharge of our patients.
As part of the team, the post holder will be required to adapt and respond to where the demand for support is greatest, meaning they may be required to work flexibly across the service.
The collection point opens between 08:30 and 18:30, aiming to cover 5-7 days a week.
