About the role: Lead the development and execution of the business' supply chain planning strategy.
Oversee all aspects of S&OP, inventory management, and supply channel strategies across inbound and distribution activities.
Manage relationships with critical suppliers and oversee supplier performance to meet KPIs and budget targets.
Deliver transformational change initiatives across supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with wider business goals.
Develop and execute long-term business plans and ensure integration of key projects across the business.
About You: Extensive experience in supply chain planning, demand management, and inventory control within a complex operational environment.
Strong leadership experience, capable of translating strategy into actionable goals and fostering high-performing teams.
Expertise in managing large-scale supplier relationships and negotiating critical contracts.
Analytical mindset with a proven ability to implement advanced data tools and processes.
