Messika, a prestigious High Jewelry brand founded by Valerie Messika in 2005, has revolutionized diamond jewelry by crafting pieces that captivate and inspire.
We are now seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to join our team our Selfridges team and represent the Messika spirit.
As a Sales Executive , you will embody Valerie Messika's passion and creativity for diamonds and jewelry design.
Your key responsibilities include developing and nurturing client relationships, expanding upon the client's personal collection, and serving as a brand ambassador for Messika.
You will consistently exceed client expectations and achieve your individual monthly sales targets, while your entrepreneurial spirit is vital to the success of this role.
Present the Messika brand in accordance with the brand's image.
Master and guarantee the sales techniques of the House and the Selling Ceremony while respecting the values of the House and its internal practices.
Be proactive with client outreach and demonstrate strong follow-up skills.
Operate the sales system by updating and monitoring sales records and the client database.
Work with the Boutique Manager on developing new sales techniques specific to Department Stores, such as Live-shopping, Personal Shopper, and Distance sales.
Develop your own commercial strategy in agreement with your management, focusing on the Medium and High Jewelry segments.
Ensure that being a Messika ambassador means representing the brand even outside the boutique, always seeking opportunities to bring in new clientele.
Collaborate with the Boutique Manager in managing the boutique's inventory, product replenishment, and storage.
Maintain an effective quality control process.
Offer clients meticulous and sophisticated packaging.
Minimum of 3 years of proven retail sales experience in fine jewelry or luxury environments.
Passion for the brand and a selling environment.
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is a plus.
Additional language skills are a plus.
Increased knowledge of diamonds and stones.
Precise knowledge of competing houses' collections and the latest trends.
Expertise in the Messika Selling Ceremony and sales techniques.
