3 x Business Development Sales Executives – Remote Working
c£40,000 to £45,000 + Bonus structure and company benefits package.

Our client a relative newcomer to the FM Engineering market sector, working as a Niche specialist service provider to the industry, specialising in HVAC, Fire & Smoke controls specialist.
Due to expansion plans in 2025, they are seeking 3 x B2B Executives, the company and Sales Manager are very open to the backgrounds of the successful BD Executives.

Already in the HVAC sector with desire to move into a full blown sales function
~ Experienced Sales / B2B Executives from alternative sectors, must be able to demonstrate the abilities to build and retain long term sales relationships.

~ Business Development Executives are responsible for the generation of sales leads and opportunities by finding new business connections and opportunities with the FM Engineering contracting space.

Develop and execute business plans to meet sales targets for revenue and profitability.
Client retention is crucial for business to sustain itself long term
Building, maintaining and development of client connections
Remote sales roles, in and around London and home counties - monthly sales meeting in head office which is Sevenoaks or Redhill.
