Position Overview: We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Global Director of AOR & EOR Services to lead and expand our international sales function.
This senior leadership role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in business development within Human Capital Management, AOR, EOR, and payroll services.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand our AOR / EOR services across international locations, aligning with Gibson Watts Global's growth objectives.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a seasoned team of professionals with over 15 years of experience in the sector, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging an extensive network within the Human Capital Management industry to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Market Expansion: Oversee the execution of expansion plans, including the establishment of new offices and entry into new markets, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with company objectives.
Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and team performance, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
Sales Process Development: Develop and implement scalable sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with overall growth plans.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and execute go-to-market strategies that align with our expansion objectives, driving market penetration and revenue growth.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including HR, Finance, and Operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a senior business development role, such as Senior Business Developer or VP of Sales, within the Human Capital Management, AOR,EOR and payroll services sectors.
Proven Sales Record: Demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of the AOR, EOR landscape on a global basis.
Network: Possession of an extensive professional network within the industry is highly advantageous.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of recruitment, AOR, EOR, and payroll services, including compliance and regulatory considerations across global markets.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Time Management: Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
