Head of Business Development Shiptheory Bristol
Up to £70k salary + commission

Our innovative platform automates shipping label generation, connecting seamlessly with our customers' desktop and thermal label printers saving them hours of work every day.
Whether you're managing one printer or a hundred, our technology streamlines the entire shipping experience.

Role Overview We are seeking a Head of Business Development to accelerate business growth by leading our sales team and overseeing all business development activities.
You'll develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, generate leads, and build strong client relationships, especially in collaboration with our Technical Account Managers.
Your focus on coaching and mentoring will elevate team performance and individual success.
There are plenty of opportunities for progression as well as travel as sales expand across the US and Europe.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Nurture and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering professional growth.
Develop lead generation and expand relationships in the B2B market.
Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to align client needs with solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with B2B clients, maximizing profitability.
What You Bring?
8-10 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
Demonstrable history of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
Skilled at collaboration with technical teams to deliver complex solutions.
Passion for training and developing the sales staff you manage.
An entrepreneurial mindset focused on growth and success.
Compensation: Salary: £70,000 + competitive commission based on performance and deal closures.
The package is negotiable for the right candidate.
