As an experienced senior chartered building surveyor (Director/Partner) specialising in building surveying including project management, you will excel in delivering diverse portfolios across multiple sectors, managing projects valued at over £10 million.
While possessing your own client base is advantageous, it is not essential.
You will bring substantial expertise, demonstrating leadership in managing professional teams, delivering exceptional service, and building lasting client relationships.
Our client is a distinguished building consultancy that provides comprehensive building surveying and project management services to institutional investors, corporate occupiers, developers, and landed estates across the UK.
