Reporting to our Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for driving our financial actions which includes tracking cash flow, analysing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses, and proposing corrective actions.
You will work closely with other senior executives and play a key role in developing and implementing financial strategies to ensure the organisation's profitability and sustainability.    This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity from our planned Bicester location and our office in Leamington Spa.

With its rapid growth trajectory and dynamic nature, Forseven offers you an exceptional platform to help drive strategy as we expand into new horizons.  Requirements What you'll do    Own and manage the statutory audit relationship, ensuring the compliant and efficient delivery of the audit engagement.  Lead potential transition to IFRS in a future period  Enable reporting on the findings from the statutory audit to the Audit and Risk Committee (ARC)  Lead the external statutory reporting process, apply commercial acumen to the Business Review and corresponding notes to the accounts and make recommendations of disclosures that the directors may wish to make whilst always ensuring compliance  Be an advisor to the CFO on all technical accounting matters, make recommendations on how to address any challenges or complexities whilst maintaining compliance  Build a relationship with counterpart at the parent company in the UAE, align on accounting principles and deliver on all reporting requirements  Deliver monthly management accounts to the CFO and CEO that delivers a commercial and statutory understanding of the performance of the business  Report on the quarterly business performance to the Audit and Risk Committee (ARC)  Lead all transactional finance functions and unlock strong payment reporting practices  Drive a strong credit rating, with clear understanding of all the levers to achieve this  Build a relationship with our banking partner(s) to manage liquidity, maximise earnings from cash held and minimise FX exposure   Work collaboratively across the finance function and wider business to be a mentor and advisor  Apply a digitally focused continuous improvement mindset in all aspects of the role  Structure an effective work class team, adopt line management responsibilities of direct team, drive performance whilst providing coaching and ongoing development  Share knowledge, engage team members, and manage behaviours and relationships to ensure that the corporate services team is cohesive and collaborative    Who you are  Extensive experience operating at this level, demonstrating skills in financial and accounting management including business planning and strategy, managing profitability, project management, formulating and monitoring budgets and financial reporting.  Qualified Accountant,  with experience in both practice and a related industry with a proven track record of excellence.  Demonstrated ability to successfully lead, drive and develop a high-performance culture with a team or teams  Excellent track record of building maintaining and leveraging strategic business relationships, with a communication style that engenders confidence and collaboration  Strong skills in managing relationships and third-party engagements, with multitasking capabilities.  Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team, thriving in a deadline-driven setting.    Benefits About Us  Forseven is building something new.
