A bit about the job: As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the voice of Aviva, providing outstanding service to our customers via phone, live chat, and email.
Your primary responsibility will be to understand and meet each customer's unique needs, taking ownership of their cases and ensuring their satisfaction.
You'll gain in-depth knowledge of our products, develop your understanding of our customer base, and eventually earn an accreditation that will empower you to make personalized recommendations.
