About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and orchestrating the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of complex projects from initiation to completion.
This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Initiation: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
Conduct project kick-off meetings to align the team with project goals and expectations.
To effectively deliver project outcomes to agreed scope, time, cost and quality targets.
To provide regular, timely and high quality Project status reports.
Team Leadership and Management: Lead and manage key workstream leads and project contributors.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
Provide guidance, support, and motivation to ensure the team meets project milestones.
Advise & implement on project management frameworks, ways of working.
End-to-End Project Oversight: Maintain a holistic view of the entire project, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Monitor and control project execution against the project plan, identifying and addressing issues promptly.
Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate effective communication channels between team members and stakeholders.
Workstream Coordination: Collaborate closely with key workstream leads to ensure seamless integration of workstreams.
Facilitate regular meetings to coordinate activities, share updates, and address interdependencies.
Key Skills: Essential: Proven experience in successfully managing end-to-end projects.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Desirable: Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
