You'll be a leading member of the Marketing team with the core responsibility of devising our digital marketing strategy and execution with support from the Junior Marketing Manager, wider team and agencies.
Your role will be to drive brand awareness and conversion through engaging multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
You'll oversee the performance of our websites, paid campaigns, CRM activity and gifting.
Performance-driven and passionate about statistics, you'll also have a flair for creativity and understand how to combine the two to optimise digital brand performance and profitability.
Demonstrable experience managing websites with knowledge of UX/UI, SEO and content A strategic approach to running paid media campaigns across multiple platforms Evidence of managing email marketing campaigns and understanding of the wider CRM eco-system Solid expertise in campaign and cross-channel analysis, with ability to convey the narrative to the wider business Knowledge and prior usage of tools including but not limited to Facebook Ad Manager, AdWords, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Wordpress, Stampede, CRM/CDPs etc.
Keep one finger on the pulse of digital innovation, trends and all things digital marketing Passionate about flawless execution, open minded, curious and a strong problem solver Enjoy variety in your work A strong personality who is confident in their own abilities and able to influence and communicate effectively at all levels The Role Strategy Development: with support from Head of Marketing, develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives, target audience and industry trends.
Website Management: collaborate with the wider business and team to ensure the website is optimised for user experience and conversions.
Campaign Management: with support from agencies and Junior Marketing Manager, plan, execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to search engines, social media and email marketing SEO and SEM: with support from agencies and Junior Marketing Manager, optimise website content for search engines (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to improve organic and paid search results.
CRM & Email Marketing: with support from head of marketing, evolve the CRM strategy and collaborate with Junior Marketing Manager to plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage existing customers and drive guest loyalty.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
Generate regular reports to showcase ROI and recommend improvements.
Budget Management: Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI).
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Working Arrangement Hybrid working (1-2 days per week) in London, with the rest of the week either WFH or in venue Travel to our Lane7 sites as required for the role with flexibility around working hours required Some hotel overnight stays as required to meet needs of the business You'll work in a close-knit team in this broad and varied role What We'll Offer Up to £50.000 salary per annum Private Health insurance & benefits through Vitality Friends and family discounts across the Lane7 Group Company contribution pension
